Katy is the Transaction Coordinator at Homeology, REALTORS®️, and helps The Cook Group with all our transactions. She joined Homeology in December of 2023 but started being a transaction coordinator in 2022. Katy also holds an active Real Estate License and helps our clients more efficiently throughout the process.

Before becoming a Transaction Coordinator, Katy got her cosmetology license in 2007. She owned her hair salon from 2012-2021. Katy loves being a mom to her daughter, kayaking, trying new foods, and traveling.
